This cancellation and returns policy is intended to provide clear and fair information under Israeli law, including applicable consumer protection rules. Mandatory law prevails if it differs from this policy.

Cancellation before supply

If the order has not been supplied or specially ordered for the customer, you may contact us to cancel. Special order, custom, cut-to-size or already shipped/imported items may be subject to cancellation limits.

Distance sale cancellation

For distance sales, consumers generally have the statutory cancellation period after receiving the product or disclosure document, whichever is later. According to Israeli consumer protection publications, a lawful cancellation fee may apply when cancellation is not due to defect or mismatch. Special rules and exceptions may apply by customer type and product type.

Items with return limits

  • Special order, custom, cut, assembled or modified products.
  • Products that were used, installed, glued, cut, soldered or altered.
  • Opened products that cannot be returned for safety, usability or integrity reasons.
  • Batteries, adhesives, chemical materials or sensitive items, subject to law and condition.

Defect or mismatch

If a product is defective or does not match what was agreed, contact RC-MODEL promptly with images, problem description, product code and order details. RC-MODEL will review and provide an appropriate solution under law.

Return process

Do not send a product back without prior coordination. The product should be returned complete, clean, with accessories and packaging where possible. The customer is responsible for safe return packaging unless otherwise agreed.
