Returns and Cancellations

RC-MODEL does not complete online transactions and does not display prices on the website. Any transaction, if made, is completed only after direct coordination and confirmation of terms with the customer.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests are reviewed according to applicable Israeli law, product type, condition, transaction method and the terms provided to the customer at the time of purchase.

Returns

Product returns require prior coordination. Product, packaging, accessories and documents should be kept in proper condition where relevant to the product type.

Special Items

Special-order, assembled, customized, used or opened products may be subject to cancellation or return limitations according to law and transaction terms.
